Alex Keys, Americorps*VISTA Marketing & Community Development Specialist, a Texas native, joined us in June 2011 after graduating from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy with minors in music and writing/rhetoric/communication.  Currently serving his 2nd VISTA term with SOW, Alex will be working to increase the capacity of School on Wheels’ new media marketing and fundraising programs.  He’ll also be working to increase community awareness of School on Wheels’ mission.  He is thrilled at the opportunity to apply his skill-set to a great cause, as well as learn a few things from the School on Wheels staff.
